It's small but the food is amazing!! 100% recommended!!!
My son and I went for early morning breakfast, only to be served a large orange juice contaminated with floating dead insects!Service was miserable and food was cold.Manager was called and we provided photos of the dead insects inside the juice. The manager by the name of Lazaro, apologized and seemed that by simply not charging us was a way out. This establishment should be inspected!!Dirty Dining will definitely have a feast!!Not recommended at all!!
The food is awesome and you get alot for what u pay for.
This place is a jewel. Fresh made food. Delicious and very reasonable prices. Nothing compares
My favorite place in Hialeah Gardens. A great portion compare with the affordable price. Don't miss the traditional cuban coffee. Btw service is GREAT.
The food is always excellent, a bit of a wait specialy in the morning for a table.
Good food and inexpensive
Delicious food and cheap prices. Servings are perfect.
The food was all good.. just unique and delicious across the board.
Was good for the price.
What a jewel of a restaurant, food is amazing and the owner is phenomenal! Great to eat it or to order for events.
Good Area, Great Cuban Food, Large Portions enough for 2 ppl to eat or have lunch for the next day.
Best brakefast in town reasonal prices. Had an "higado a la italiana" the best so far better than la carreta or Versailles. Staff is very friendly. Keep it up guys
Better known to my family and I as the chicken place... we love their chicken special!
Trying to do so much in Miami Beach and elsewhere, we really didn't get our fill of Cuban food to be honest- but we tried to squeeze one more Cuban spot. Aside from the good dose of Cuban food we had in Versailles, hubs missed his chance there to get a Sánguche Cubano. Usually coming to this place you may not know about it unless you have family or friends that have been coming here for years.
The best cafe in town, server are realy nice
good. Place is wonderful and economic and good test Sabor latino y criollo, como en casa. The employees is very kaint...amable, comprendivos y atentos.
Solid Cuban Food. Service is a tad aloof, but not horrible. The palomilla steak was good as we're the Black Beans. Tostones we're Fresh and crispy. Media Noche Sandwich was a decent 7. Flan is delicious. Pricing is a touch on the high side compared to other Latin/Cuban offerings in the area. Overall an above average, reasonable value experience.
This restaurant is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I feel like having a superb dinner, this place comes straight to my mind. extremely good and diverse food and a rich menu.generous staff members, and good vibes. Also important, the expence is decent. I sent my friends to this spot with great pleasure.
Pretty good place the people are attentive, and polite.. resonables prices $$
Service was prompt and very good. The waitresses work hard and make sure you feel well and getting everything you order. The food was also tasty and the portions HUGE! If you are a big eater this is a place to fill your belly at a reasonable price, good flavor and excelent service.
Never had cuban food, so wanted to try it. The yucca wasnt fried and the plantain was harder (which is what I ordered) thr oxtail looks good and will dig into it. It looks more seasoned then usuall which is a good thing. They get packed at lunch so the food is must be pretty good (havent started eating) will return.
Breakfast was fresh And place was clean. I really enjoyed eating there. I know you will too
Food was ok. They overcooked my eggs that is what I noticed with all the other the eggs were way over cooked. I didn't finish my. On the other hand service was good waitress treated me nice besides being overworked..
Great food and very affordable for the whole family
This place is amazing. Very small, and usually packed... because the food is that good. One of the best Cuban restaurants in Miami.
Always the best service!!! Girls are super sweet and nice with a huge smile... i love it here!! Highly recommended!!
Good prices. Good variety of food. Friendly service.
Food was ok for a typical Cuban cafeteria. Upon completing our meal, I asked for a to-go container as one would normally. Upon receiving the bill, I noticed they charged for that small container. In completing the overall experience, once I receive my credit credit card slip to sign and leave a tip, I noticed they also charged a convenience fee. Needless to say, this will be my last time here as I'm not looking to get nickel-and-dimed when I go to eat a quick bite for lunch. The sad part is people probably don't even pay attention or are aware that this is happening!
Positives - Home cooked taste, lots of meat on the dishes. Chile Tacos are amazing if you're up for the heat. Wife had Chicken tostadas and she loved them. We eat alot of Mexican food so are expectations were high and they delivered great results.Cons: Queso dip has 0 flavor and we had to add salsa and salt. Chips were a little hard by not to bad. Horchata was 6 out of 10. We will back to try other dishes. Will update when we do.
Food wasn't good at all. Beef soup taste like can soup. Kids burger was born. I don't know if they have different cook. .
The food was excellent and the service and the waitress was very pleasant and professional...
This place is a staple in Hialeah. While the food is fresh and prices are reasonable, the wait will kill you. 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) for one Cuban sandwich and one cafe con leche is ridiculous! I guess if you call and order ahead, it's not that bad. But observing all the people around me, they waited just as long... think twice my friend, unless you have lots of time on your hands! Dale!
When you request Cuban Toast and what you get is stale FRENCH BREAD with Barely Butter. I ordered at the window. I should have checked before I left. I'm extremely unhappy. I have had their dinner and lunch before I am so unhappy that a Cuban Cafeteria served me this way for Breakfast.
Great food, easy to find, and no long waiting for good hot temperature food. Like stopping here for breakfast. Even though the McDonald's is in the plaza Cuban coffee and milk is delicious. Will definitely be there every time I am in the area. Next to Publix
Delicious food and service
Good perfumes come in small bottles.
Small but one of the best restaurants low prices and great service
Good food and good service .
Great place! Excellent service and food
Food was amazing! Our waitress was on point and attentive! Definitely visiting again when ever in Miami! Family friendly!
This was the most enjoyable and exquisite meal I've ever had. The flavor profiles were literally otherworldly. Would come back with my family!
Best cuban food in hialeah. Fast service. Affordable prices.
Been enjoying their food for years. Former staff at Latin America Cafeteria on 68th St in Hialeah. Best Cuban Food in an old fashion Cuban Fonda. A must do when in Hialeah.
This is a crowded place but the food makes up for the wait time. Is a shame I dont live or work close by otherwise I would eat here every day
This Cafe was recommended by a local resident as a place to get a Cubana sandwich & this place does not disappoint!! Mom & Pop type joint which is exactly what you are hoping for with Cuban food! The sandwich was fresh, hot & delicious!Usually coming to this place you may not know about it unless you have family or friends that have been coming here for years. Located next to an ihop you have great Latin food. The family owned restaurant really makes you feel like family.
The complete meal for one person is like $4 or $4.50 and tastes good and they are serving it thru the window to go and also they serve a good amount. Go and give it a try
Small place, but large portions (about $11 each).
Be careful, they sell you a completa with picadillo for 2.99 but the bill is for 4.50. I told the lady at the window and she said the extra fee is for tax. What a fraud.
